Should you really go after 3-room residential properties in Gurgaon?

3-room apartment is obviously a better option than a 2-room property. But the point is do you really need 3 rooms? Do you?

If you are a couple with no child or a newborn, you can do better in a lesser space than a 3-room apartment would provide you with.

Plus, you’ll be stripped off money.

You might need cash for hundreds of small things. If you have a newborn, he or she would need a lot of attention and money. So it is better to save something and not spend what all you have on the purchase of a bigger property. If a 2-room apartment doesn’t seem too little or suffocating, I’d suggest you to go with a 2-room apartment.

However, if you’re a big family with your mom and dad and brothers staying with you, 3-room residential properties in Gurgaon would make more sense. You all will have more space to eat, drink, and dance. You will have your privacy intact.

If you are buying this property as an investment and can very well afford paying for the 3-room apartment, then you better go with a 3-room residential property.
